Job Evaluation

Over the years, job functions naturally change but these changes are not always recognised. Introducing a Job Evaluation Programme provides a systematic and consistent approach to defining the relative worth of roles within an organization, and by also judging the size of roles compared to others.

TurnabouT's unique approach is individual to each organization and recognises that the purpose of Job Evaluation is to examine the job, not the person doing the job. The process therefore doesn't take into account how the job is being done or the person who is doing it.
